Late Charge

There is a 10 minute grace period. Late fees are as follows: 10 mins. ($10). 15 mins. your appointment will be cancelled.

Refunds

There are absolutely No Refunds. I do pride myself in delivering high quality professional work, and a design that you love. And I do everything in my power to delivering an unforgettable experience for each of my clients.

Does my deposit go toward my service?

Yes! Your deposit goes towards the balance that you owe for your scheduled service. If you decide to cancel your appointment, you do forfeit that amount, and it is non-refundable.

Transferable Deposits

If you reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred once. After that, if you need to reschedule the same appointment, you would need to submit a new deposit.

Squeeze Ins

If a squeeze in is approved, an additional $15 will be applied to your balance.
